The Maritime Security Agency (MSA) has apprehended seven Indian fishing boats with 38 crew members and handed them over to the Docks police station for legal action.
According to a MSA statement issued on Thursday, the Indian fishermen were held for fishing illegally in Pakistani waters.
The boats were found approximately 400 kilometres inside the border the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) of Pakistan.
Upon reaching Karachi, the apprehended fishermen were handed over to the Docks police station for further legal action.
