Violence at PU

Punjab University is facing a war-like situation these days. The recent incident among two groups at the varsity has created a tense atmosphere. When Pakhtun students were celebrating their annual cultural event, they were attacked by IJT students. More than 20 students were injured. The administration failed to provide any security.

This is not the first time that the IJT has attacked students. This incident clearly shows the ineptitude of the varsity’s administration to deal with the situation. No serious measures have been taken to settle this problem.
