The attitude of gratitude/gratefulness is a unique way of success, provided one strikes hard to achieve excellence in the life, said Prof. Dr. Masrur Alam Khan of Riphah International University, says a press release.

He was speaking as chief guest at Aligargh Old Boys Association Annual Function, here. He appreciated the way teachers and students arranged this programme and insisted students to work hard if they are really serious to turn their dream a reality. And this is only possible if they have ‘dua’ from their parents and teachers which are required to come with flying colours in life.

Sir Syed Week is being celebrated with full zeal and fervour under the supervision of Aligarh Old Boys Association in Sir Syed School and college for Boys & Girls Tipu Road Rawalpindi. The programme was conducted by Mrs. Naheed Khawar including a beautiful presentation of Iqbal's Poem ‘Sir Syed ki Loh-e-Turbat’ in the form of tableau and skit in English highlighting ‘The Glory of Muslims’. Both tableau's won the audience applause as students participating their gratitude to all the heroes specially Quid-e-Azam, Allama Iqbal and Sir Syed Ahmad Khan.

Principal of Sir Syed Science College for Girls presented the introduction of the chief guest and Annual Report. Programme also include ‘Qirat’, ‘Naat’ and national song that created a mystic influence on the audience. Prof. Brig (r) Syed Naseer-ud-Din thanked the chief guest for his precious presence by paying him tribute in his enchanting speech.
