Pak-Afghan border in Kurram Agency remains closed

PARACHINAR: The Pak-Afghan border in Kurram Agency remained closed for fourth day.The border remained closed for four days during Muharram, but was reopened on Friday. However, two security forces personnel sustained injuries when they foiled a 12-year-old suicide attacker from entering Pakistan.The security forces again sealed the border after the foiled terror attempt which remained closed for four more days, inconveniencing the people, transporters and traders.Trucks loaded with fruit and other commodities are parked on both sides of the border. The repatriating Afghans also complained that they were not being allowed to travel to homeland.
