Candlelit vigil for Held Kashmir martyrs
LAHORE
Dozens of schoolchildren on Sunday held a candlelight vigil for the martyrs of Kashmir and expressed solidarity with Kashmiri people. Youth Forum for Kashmir (YFK) organised the candlelight vigil in which children carrying placards chanted slogans against India and the United Nations. Speaking on the occasion, YFK chief organiser Tariq Ehsan Ghuri said Indian forces were committing atrocities in Kashmir but the entire world had become a silent spectator. He demanded the UN take immediate notice of violation of human rights in Occupied Kashmir. He said the UN should send its delegation to Occupied Kashmir to witness and review the situation. He said the UN should get its resolutions implemented and ensure plebiscite in the Occupied Kashmir.
