LALAMUSA: A girl was shot dead at Gakhar village in the jurisdiction of Dinga police station.
Imran Sindhi - originally from Multan, but currently residing in Gakhar - allegedly entered the house of Humaira Inayat and shot her dead.
According to the initial police report and the statement filed by her father, the assailant had previously proposed marriage to Humira, but the girl’s family rejected it. The accused fled the scene immediately after the incident. The police have registered a case and started investigation.
