CHITRAL: As the traditional Kalash spring festival Chilimjusht is set to begin today, the local residents and tourists are facing serious inconvenience due to the complete outage of 4G services in Bamburet valley.
Speaking to the media over the phone, Village Council member Shaireh Shahi Gul, general secretary of the Hotel Association Nazar Wali Shah, and other social workers expressed disappointment over the situation. They said that the lack of mobile internet has made it extremely difficult to coordinate with guests arriving from outside the region, and tourists already in the valley are unable to contact their families and friends. The community has appealed to Telenor to urgently resolve the issue.
