PR seals 160 plots over violation of agreements

LAHORE:Pakistan Railways Lahore Division carried out another major anti-encroachment operation in Badami Bagh.
According to details, 160 plots were sealed due to violations of agreements. Action was taken against illegal constructions, encroachments, and non-payment of dues, leading to the on-site sealing of the plots. The operation was conducted successfully under the supervision of Divisional Superintendent Railways Lahore, Mian Tariq Latif, with the support of a large contingent of Railway Police. DS Railways stated that in line with the vision of Federal Minister for Railways Hanif Abbasi, the department is committed to safeguarding railway land and will continue decisive action against the land mafia.
