KARACHI: Gold prices fell by Rs3,400 per tola on Wednesday in the local market following a decline in international rates.According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, gold prices dropped to Rs345,800 per tola.Similarly, the price of 10-gram gold decreased by Rs2,915, bringing it down to Rs296,467.
In the international market, gold rates fell by $34, settling at $3,276 per ounce. Local gold prices are typically adjusted with a premium of $20 over international rates.Silver prices decreased by Rs70 to Rs3,427 per tola. The price of 10-gram silver also dropped by Rs60 to Rs2,938.
