Dozens of complainants attended the event, presenting their issues directly to the administration. Immediate directives were issued to resolve several complaints on the spot, while revenue officials were strictly instructed to ensure that public grievances are addressed at their doorsteps.
Speaking on the occasion, the officials emphasized that the primary objective of the gathering is to provide a direct platform for the public to voice their concerns. They reiterated that the district administration remains committed to addressing public issues efficiently and that similar initiatives would continue in the future to ensure swift solutions to citizens’ problems.
