PTI leader, tehsil chairman’s protective bail extended
PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court on Wednesday extended the protective bail of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)’s leader Khadija Shah and Swabi Tehsil Chairman Attaullah Khan until April 15.
A two-member bench comprising Justice Sahibzada Asadullah and Justice Aurangzeb heard Khadija Shah’s petition. During the proceedings, the petitioner was represented by lawyer Alam Khan Adenzai.
Assistant Attorney General Daulat Khan informed the court that the Ministry of Interior’s report had not yet been received and sought more time to submit it.He argued that an inquiry against Khadija Shah was ongoing at the Federal Investigation Agency, Lahore.
