PESHAWAR: Awami National Party (ANP) Member of the Provincial Assembly (MPA) Nisar Baz on Saturday filed a writ petition in the Peshawar High Court (PHC against the ‘discriminatory’ treatment in the distribution of development funds to opposition parties.
The petition was filed through Sultan Muhammad Khan advocate while the provincial government and other relevant authorities had been made as respondents. He argued that the opposition parties had already challenged the unfair distribution of funds in the high court, and since he is an elected representative from Bajaur’s PK-22 constituency, he should also be included in the case.
