201 jail officials transferred, posted
LAHORE : The Punjab Home Department has issued order for transfer and posting of 201 jail officials as part of a reshuffle across various levels within the jail management system.
The recent directives affect officers and personnel in key roles, aiming to enhance operational efficiency within the department.
The new orders encompass a range of positions, including the transfer of 7 superintendents and deputy superintendents of jails, 14 assistant superintendents, 23 head warders, and 157 warders.
This reshuffle is intended to optimise administrative processes and ensure the effective management of jails across Punjab. The Home Department has emphasised that these adjustments are made in alignment with departmental policies and organisational requirements.
