Bailiff appointed for ‘recovery’ of Imran’s sisters
PTI founder's sisters were detained at D Chowk, but they were not produced before any court
ISLAMABAD. Additional District and Sessions Judge (ADSJ) Muhammad Afzal Majuka on Saturday appointed a bailiff for the recovery of PTI founder’s sisters Aleema Khanum and Dr Uzma, and called for a report.
Khalid Yusuf Chaudhary appeared in the court along with his lawyer Faisal Fareed Advocate.
It was stated that Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan were detained at D Chowk, but they have not been produced in any court and have not been informed about any case.
According to the law, any citizen must be informed of the reasons for the arrest at the time of arrest but no case has been reported and no information was being given about them.
After hearing the arguments, the court appointed Faheem Dad as a bailiff and called for the bailiff report on Monday, October 7.
