Huzaifa, Ahad in Hong Kong Junior Squash Open pre-quarters

KARACHI: Pakistan’s Huzaifa Shahid and Abdul Ahad Butt moved into the pre-quarterfinals of the Hong Kong Junior Squash Open.
After getting bye in the first round of under-15 category, Ahad beat Li Ho Sum from Hong Kong 11-2, 11-8, 11-7 in 21 minutes in the second round. Then he thrashed Wu Cheok Io from Macao 11-3, 11-7, 11-7 in 13 minutes in the third round. He will face Yuen Tsz Long from Hong Kong.
Huzaifa, who got bye in the first round in the under-13 category, beat Zainol Abidin Muhammad Izz Farhan from Malaysia 11-4, 11-4, 11-3 in the second round and Muyou Isaac Andy from Malaysia 115-, 11-4, 11-2 in the third round. He will play against Kim Minki from Korea in the fourth round.
