Balochistan extends summer vacation by August 15
Co-curricular activities regarding August 14 celebrations shall continue in letter and spirit

QUETTA: The Balochistan government has extended the summer vacation duration in all public and private schools of province from August 1 to August 15 2024 in the wake of the heatwave.
A notification issued by the School Education Department of Balochistan on 25th July 2024, says with the prior approval of the competent authority.
The chief minister of Balochistan and in continuation of this department’s notification of even dated 14 May 2024 the long term summer vacations in summer zone is hereby extended in all public and private schools of the respective areas from August 1 to 15 in the wake of the heatwave. However, the co-curricular activities regarding August 14 celebrations shall continue in letter and spirit.
