RAWALPINDI: Spokesman of the Federal Government Barrister Aqeel visited Adiala Jail and observed facilities provided to founder PTI Imran Khan Tuesday, expressed his satisfaction over the situation of founder PTI in the jail, sources said.

Talking to media outside Adiala Jail, Barrister Aqeel said he had come to observe whether Article 10-A was being violated in the jail. He claimed that all legal requirements were being met and that the law was being followed. He mentioned that on June 14, two more witnesses would be questioned, and the truth would come to light. He alleged that the PTI leadership had plundered national wealth and that the nation would hold them accountable. He denied claims of human rights violations and special treatment for any prisoner, saying that all facilities, including air conditioning, were available for PTI founder in the jail. He said the law would take its course, and no one would be allowed to evade accountability, the sources concluded.
