Break the bowl

Unfortunately, successive governments in Pakistan have always opted for borrowing from international agencies to run the economy instead of choosing the option of self-reliance. This has not brought fruitful results for the economy and has proved to be detrimental for ordinary Pakistan.

Instead of focusing on how to get rid of the backbreaking burden of foreign loans independently, our ruling elite always increases this burden and the people suffer the most in the shape of high inflation and unemployment. The political and ruling elite is required to rein in its lavish spending and voluntarily opt to maintain austerity when it comes to their perks and privileges.
