Official suspended over medicine theft

LAHORE:The Medical Superintendent of Lahore General Hospital (LGH) has suspended the services of Muhammad Hussain, Junior Technician, over theft of medicine from the hospital. The hospital staff had caught the accused and recovered laboratory test equipment and other medicines from him.

The MS Prof Nudrat Sohail formed a three-member committee under the chairmanship of Prof Khizar Hayat, and comprising Dr Jafar Shah and Dr Khalil Ahmed as members, which recommended action against the accused.
