PM’s talent hunt programme: Trials of table tennis players of Bannu Division completed
PESHAWAR: Trials of male and female table tennis players of Bannu Division have been completed under the Prime Minister’s Youth Talent Hunt programme organised by Islamia College University.
The Male and female players have been selected by the selection committee, the names will be announced soon. A large number of male and female players participated in the second day of the Bannu division table tennis trials in connection with the Prime Minister’s Youth Talent Hunt programme under the supervision of the Higher Education Commission.
Nadeem Sajid, Masood Ali and Saira Naz, officials of the Pakistan Table Tennis Federation from Punjab, members of the selection committee, on the second day of the trials, the players who showed the best performance in male and female categories were selected for the training camp. The names of the selected players should be handed over to the organizing committee, whose names will be announced soon.
During the trials, Islamia College University Peshawar Director Sports Ali Hoti, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Table Tennis Association President Ahmad Nawaz Malizai, Senior Vice- President Kifayatullah Khan, Nawaz Khan and Naveed were also present.
