PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police force has compiled a list of more than 400 cases of terror accused to be tried in the military courts, a source said on Friday.The source said a list of 423 cases of persons accused of staging bombings, attacking security personnel and caught planting improvised explosive devices (IEDs) has been prepared by the Investigation Wing of the KP Police for trial in the military courts.A large number of these cases have been registered in Peshawar. The source said the outlawed TTP chief Maulana Fazlullah, TNSM head Maulana Sufi Muhammad and members of the Mangal Bagh-led Lashkar-i-Islam have been charged in these cases.
