Henry Cavill corrects reporter exaggerating his 'meeting' with King Charles
The Superman star says he wasn't with King Charles III at Royal Ascot
Henry Cavill made his Royal Ascot debut on the second day of the horse racing event. When asked about the experience he said, "It's has been absolutely amazing."
Speaking to a reporter, the Superman star said, "It's my first time coming to Royal Ascot and what a day to come, Royal Family was here too."
When the report seemed to exaggerate Henry Cavill's presence with King Charles saying, "So I heard you went down into the parade ring down there with King Charles. How was that."
The actor said, "It was amazing. I was sort of... I wasn't with them. I was in the ring with them. Not with them. It was an amazing experience."
Meanwhile, the traditional Royal Ascot horse racing event, which has been held since 1711, continues on the third day in Berkshire on Thursday.
