UFC Fighter Josh Hokit called Michelle Obama a man after a match at the White House
UFC Fighter Josh Hokit people off guard with a shocking statement about the former first lady Michelle Obama.
Hokit made the controversial remark after winning his bout at the UFC Freedom 250 event on Sunday night against Derrick Lewis.
Speaking to Joe Rogan after the match held at the White House, he said: “Michelle Obama is a man. Am I right, America?”
In videos posted online, some in the crowd could be heard laughing while others seemed to be surprised by the comments.
Rogan did not address the comments, saying only: “Ladies and gentlemen, Josh Hokit.”
His comments might have left some people surprised, but the MMA Fighter is known for making provocative and headline-grabbing statements in interviews.
UFC CEO Dana White and others distanced themselves from the remark afterward.
Born in 1997 in California, Josh Hokit has praised US President Donald Trump for hosting the match. He is widely perceived as a Republican anda strong Trump supporter, though he hasn't publicly detailed formal party registration
He is not married and keeps his personal and family life relatively private.
