Kate Middleton’s take on life takes massive U-turn: ‘Sees how people look at George’
Kate Middleton has been shifting gears since she won her battle against cancer
Kate Middleton has totally changed her world view, and that includes her duties to the Royal Family, and to her royal work.
A well placed source explained how its all going and spoke to Heat about it.
According to them, “going through cancer changed Kate’s priorities massively – family matters more than ever now.”
“She sees how people look at George, not just as a child, but as a future monarch. That’s a huge thing for any parent to process.”
Her husband however is said to be carrying a different view of Geroge, because while the source admits William wants to modernise the monarchy, he also wants to protect it, and “in his mind, preparing George properly is part of that.”
“He wants George to understand what life is like for people outside the palace walls.” But more than that he wants George to “grow up understanding service, responsibility and public duty from a young age.”
Per the insider, “there’s definitely a plan for George to use the summer productively – getting involved in charity work, outdoor challenges and things like the Duke of Edinburgh Award. William sees these experiences as preparation and Kate sees them as character-building and confidence-building. It sounds similar, but emotionally it’s coming from a very different place.”
