Jelly Roll, Bunnie Xo's blissful marriage secret laid bare
The country singer shares key to happy marriage
Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo are still going strong after a decade of marriage.
Following their PDA packed outing at Clive Davis’ pre-Grammys gala, the country star is spilling the secret to his blissful marriage.
“It’s always date night,” Jelly Roll told US Weekly during he event on Saturday.
The rapper, whose real name is Jason DeFord, continued, “You’d be surprised, when it’s really date night time, we’re super simple. We live on the farm, sneak into a movie or something.”
Bunnie spilled a few details into their usual date night, saying, "We love Sweetgreen and getting fried chicken fingers.”
They keep it casual by wearing sweatpants and hoodies, “Our excuse to not get dressed up.”
The Save Me singer noted another important thing behind their strong marriage, “The secret to success is, one, not taking anything too serious [and] having conversations. What happens in that bedroom matters a lot. Those private conversations — and that other stuff."
Lastly, their spiritual growth, “I’m probably the most proud of the last year [that] my relationship with God [is] getting closer. Getting closer with my wife, she’s had her own relationship with God. It’s even closer, so that’s what we’re with. That’s the theme of 2026."
