Prince Harry 'desperate' to quit US life with or without Meghan Markle: report
Prince Harry is expected to move to their luxury ‘holiday home’ in Portugal
Prince Harry is reportedly ‘‘desperate’ to quit the US life with or without his wife Meghan Markle, who is reluctant to return to UK.
Speaking to the Heat World, the royal insiders have claimed Prince Harry is done with California and has “made it clear to Meghan he’s had enough and wants out.”
Prince Harry and Meghan stepped down as senior royals back in 2020 and moved to US, where they currently live with their son Archie and daughter Lilibet.
Talking about Prince Harry’s life in California, the close confidant says: "He’s miserable – his career hasn’t taken off, he hasn’t got any good friends, and he can’t stand the fact they’re being shunned by Hollywood."
Winning the recent UK government review is a further signal of how ‘desperate’ Harry is to spend more time in his home country, the source believes, adding “Meghan kept telling him to let it be, but she knows deep down that he’s done it in part to try and escape.”
“Harry hasn’t had much opportunity to pursue the things he loves – their life has mainly been steered by Meghan and her passions,” the source added.
The report further says Prince Harry is expected to move to their luxury ‘holiday home’ in Portugal, where his cousin Princess Beatrice also lives or even to the Middle East.
The fresh claims came after Archie and Lilibet doting father recently said that he has ‘no plans’ to be a US citizen ‘at this point’.
