Prince Harry 'anguished' over marriage choice as ex makes major move
Prince Harry married Meghan Markle in 2018
Prince Harry is reportedly "tormented by regret" over the biggest decision of his life: marrying Meghan Markle.
The claim comes as his past love Chelsy Davy and her husband Sam Cutmore-Scott, 38, prepare to leave England for Mauritius.
Before marrying Meghan in 2018, Harry had a seven-year, on-off relationship with Chelsy, which ended in 2011.
Chelsy’s news has sparked thoughts in Harry’s mind amid his tough life after leaving England with Meghan in 2020.
"He's been unusually reflective, almost anguished at times. Hearing about Chelsy building this peaceful family life has hit him harder than he expected," a mole close to the Duke of Sussex revealed, per Radar Online.
"He keeps saying she was the one person who really understood the madness of his world," the source claimed.
Another tipster added: "There's this sense that he wonders what might have been if he hadn't walked away from her. It's become a recurring theme in his thinking – regret, nostalgia and the fear he made a series of irreversible mistakes."
Prince Harry and Meghan have been in headlines since they stepped down as working royals in 2020. They have since spoken against the royals and remained estranged.
