Liam Payne's death could have been prevented? Dealer points finger
A former hotel employee has broken silence over Liam Payne's death
Liam Payne’s death could’ve been prevented had those around him acted quickly, per the hotel cleaner accused of supplying drugs to the singer.
Liam fell to his death last October from the balcony of his third-floor room in Argentina's CasaSur Palermo hotel. The Tears singer’s toxicology reports showed he had cocaine, alcohol, and an antidepressant in his system at the time of death.
The man accused of supplying him cocaine, Ezequiel David Pereyra, 22, who’s currently locked up in Marcos Paz prison, and pointing fingers at the hotel execs.
Pereyra argues that the hotel staff should have called an ambulance when the singer fainted in the lobby, but instead they carried him to his room and left him alone there. After which he fell from the balcony.
"They let him do whatever he wanted because he was making them triple the money," said Pereyra. "The biggest mistake was not calling an ambulance when he passed out in the lobby. They carried him to his room like a sack of potatoes. If they'd acted differently, Liam could have been saved."
"They only called police after they left him alone," he said. "By then it was too late."
"I'm not a dealer," stated Pereyra. "I was told to do whatever Liam wanted. The hotel knew what was happening."
