Inside Jennifer Lopez's plan to win back ex-husband Ben Affleck

The love story between Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck appears to be far from over.

Despite finalising their divorce in 2024 after two years of marriage, new reports suggest that Lopez is determined to rekindle her relationship with the Oscar-winning actor and filmmaker.

According to RadarOnline.com, the former couple was recently spotted together on a red carpet in New York during the promotion of Kiss of the Spider Woman, a film starring Lopez and produced by Affleck. Their chemistry reportedly sparked renewed rumors of reconciliation.

“J.Lo had a wonderful time with Ben and says he’s as handsome and charming as ever,” an insider shared. 

“In her mind, they’re meant to be together again, it’s that simple. She’s always believed it, and now she’s more convinced that it’s a matter of when, not if, it’s going to happen.”

Witnesses described their interaction as warm and affectionate, with the same undeniable connection that once made “Bennifer” one of Hollywood’s most talked-about couples.

Sources also claim Lopez has never truly moved on from Affleck despite trying to date other people. “None of those men could compare to Ben,” a source revealed.

During the film’s promotion, Affleck, 53, reportedly praised Lopez, saying, “She’s fabulous, although that shouldn’t surprise anyone.” His remarks only fueled speculation of a renewed romance.

According to insiders, while Ben’s friends have warned him about their past’s emotional turbulence, many acknowledge that he still finds Lopez incredibly attractive. “That she is chasing him like this is certainly an ego boost,” a source said.

Though neither has publicly confirmed a reunion, their recent appearance together has reignited fan hopes for a possible Bennifer 3.0.
