Jacob Elordi has recently shared rare reflections on his acting career in Hollywood.
The Priscilla star reflected on his career and revealed where he sees himself at the moment compared to the time he started Euphoria during an appearance on the Academy Museum Gala red carpet.
“I am incredibly proud of all the work that I put out and the kind of performer that I am has been very important to me since I was 14 years old, building a dream,” said the 28-year-old in an exclusive interview with Deadline.
Jacob noted that the “work” he’s “lucky enough to be a part of now is the work” that he “dreamt of doing” when he was a boy.
While speaking about how he wants to leave his legacy in the industry, the Kissing Booth actor replied, “Hopefully, I get to be old with a lot of love and a lot of movies.”
In a separate interview, Jacob also dished out exciting details about upcoming season of Euphoria.
“It was incredible, man,” he told Variety.
Sharing his experience, the Saltburn actor mentioned, “It was incredibly liberating. I got to play something so sort of far out from what I’ve done before.”
However, Jacob pointed out that he has no idea what’s happening in Season 3.
“Everybody shoots at different storylines and therefore I don’t know what anyone else is doing,” continued the Wuthering Heights star.
Jacob explained, “I had a really singular storyline. You don’t know what the other story lines are. It’s like FBI files.”
So, the Frankenstein actor added, “It’s great because I’ll get to consume the show the same way that everybody else does as a fan, which I haven’t been able to do before. I’m really excited.”
