Jonathan Bailey would have been named the Sexiest Man Alive if Bowen Yang were the one to decide, as well.
The 35-year-old actor and comedian shared his thoughts on his Wicked costar’s new title, along with his fellow costar Matt Rogers, who said that Bailey “truly embodies Fiyero,” referring to the actor’s character in the movie, adding, “I think Fiyero would be just as excited to have that title."
The Saturday Night Live star expressed total agreement with Rogers, telling People Magazine, "I mean, you kind of crushed it. See what happens when you guys get it right? Everyone's happy. Not to say you've gotten it wrong in the past."
Yang gushed, "Johnny is perfect," referring to the cover photo of the Bridgerton star. He added that Bailey is "someone who gets to peacock and we're all happy about it."
This comes after all of the Wicked cast celebrated Bailey’s achievement by recording cute little videos to pay tribute to the actor.
