Liam Hemsworth just got emotional in his latest interview when asked about his dad’s battle with Alzheimer’s disease.
His brother Chris Hemsworth will be starring in a documentary A Road Trip To Remember along with their father. The family documentary will be based their dad’s struggle with the disease.
In a recent interview at The Kelly Clarkson Show, The Witcher actor was asked “How is this ride been for you all, where your family is discussing this not so easy subject so openly.”
Liam responded, “I mean yeah it’s incredibly sort of difficult thing I think for anyone who’s had someone that’s going through it.”
He continued, “What was really interesting for me personally was I saw things and I saw my dad talk about things that I don’t think he’s necessarily would have spoken about with me I don’t think we could had those conversations.”
The Lonely Planet actress believes that it was really nice to put Chris in the room with dad and hear him talk about his feelings.
Hemsworth says that it as bold of his family to talk about it as it could be helpful for people dealing with Alzheimer’s.
“It hard for me talk about it but I think it’s really insightful. I also think it is really educational and shows a lot of things that you can do for people that are going through Alzheimer’s and things that you can do to help prevent that .”
