LAHORE
The Business Incubation Centre (BIC) of the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) on Monday launched a website (PetsOne.pk) of its startup for the information of pet owners using information technology.According to a press release, speaking at the launch ceremony, UVAS Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Talat Naseer Pasha appreciated the effort of the Business Incubation Centre team and PetsOne.pk founder Dr Jawad Ahmad for taking such an initiative towards entrepreneurship and economic development.
PetsOne.pk offers an online store where pet owners can purchase pets food and related items online while ordered high quality products are delivered nationwide at the doorstep of the pet owners offering cash on delivery payment method. It also offers blog where verified information and technical contents duly scrutinised by qualified veterinarians, would be available for pet owners. The startup also aims to launch at home pet vaccination services and mobile veterinary clinical services in near future.
