Entry in red zone won't be allowed:Malik

ISLAMABAD: Federal Interior Minister, Rahman Malik Tuesday said that the long marchers could stay in Islamabad as long as they wish, but they would not be allowed to enter into the red zone.

 

Talking to Geo News Rahman Malik said that Tahirul Qadri was our guest and added that the president and prime minister would look into the demand of Tahirul Qadri for the dissolution of federal and provincial governments.

 

Rahman Malik said that as demanded by Tahirul Qadri the space near Express Chowk has been given for installing stage, but no one could go behind the Express Chowk. He said that Tahirul Qadri has promised that his long marchers would remain peaceful, while the government doesn’t want that any sort of violence take place.

 

Rahman Malik said that we wound not allow the long marchers to enter into red zone, let them live ten/fifteen days, we have no problem, but no entry into red zone would be allowed.
