MOSCOW: Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent Barack Obama a telegram congratulating his US counterpart on victory in presidential elections, a Kremlin spokesman said on Wednesday.

The Kremlin received the news of Obama's victory over Mitt Romney "very positively," spokesman Dmitry Peskov told Russian news agencies.

Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov was quoted as saying by the RIA Novosti news agency that Moscow will continue working with Obama and was ready to "go as far as the US administration is willing to go".

Russioas Putin --now expects Pres Obama --to get back to address his promise to favor Russia on negeotiations where they had left off earlier --till after the US elections .While this may now happen --at least (between Obama promises and Putins wish list ) for the next Obamas 36 to 48 months --till America votes again for a new leader /Pres .

yeah, very good day for Russia, Iran, North Korea, etc. Weak president for tough times. Great news to our enemies. Come on! When an enemy congratulates you your choice, especially very strongly as Putin did above, don't you think something is wrong with the choice we made?
