PESHAWAR: Tayyab Ali, a
civil judge-cum-judicial magistrate of Karak, has been removed from service over delinquency, misconduct and unprofessional attitude.
According to an official handout, the action was taken under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government Servants (Efficiency and Discipline) Rules 2011.
These orders were issued after initiating the process of explanation, show-cause notice and inquiry against the aforementioned officer, but he failed to clarify his position and positive response.
Consequently his services were terminated, said a notification issued here by the Peshawar High Court.
