An ATC on Saturday remanded two suspected extortionists and target killers to the Rangers for 90 days for interrogation.
Kamal Siddiqui and Noman Arif, said to be MQM activists, were brought to the court, where a law officer of the paramilitary force submitted that the two were arrested over their involvement in target killings, taking extortion money and carrying out other heinous crimes.
