LAHORE:Around nine COVID-19 patients died and 95 new positive cases were confirmed in Punjab during the last 24 hours. According to the Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department (P&SHD) report issued on Monday, the toll of fatalities reached 10,642 in Punjab, while confirmed cases became 345,065 in the province. Around four deaths occurred in Lahore, which raised the toll to 4,285 in the provincial metropolis. After 10,642 fatalities and recovery of a total of 324,768 patients, 9,655 active cases still remain, who are either isolated at homes or under treatment at different quarantine centres and health facilities.
