ISLAMABAD: The voting on the no-confidence motion against Deputy Speaker National Assembly Qasim Suri will take place on June 18 (Friday) through a secret ballot. Sources in the NA Secretariat told The News here on Sunday that the debate on the motion would also be carried out on the same day. The opposition filed the motion last week in the wake of deputy speaker’s way of conducting the House. The motion would be mature for voting on Friday.
