Won’t accept a minute delay in AJK polls: Farooq
June 02, 2021
BALOUCH, AJK: Azad Jammu & Kashmir Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan has said that people will not accept the delay in elections even for a minute.
“Elections are vital to save the integrity of the state. Any attempt of rigging will be dealt with sternly,” he warned. The AJK leader said the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was like Ganga and Yaumna rivers, and those who take bath in it consider themselves as purest. Raja Farooq said the AJK Legislative Assembly was an independent institution. He alleged that the PTI chairman was hatching a conspiracy against the elections.
