3-day ban on pillion riding

The district administration on Tuesday announced to impose 3-day ban on pillion riding from tomorrow (Thursday) within the jurisdiction of entire district. According to the office of District Coordination Officer, the ban has been clamped in view to ensure security of the masses under section 144 CrPC on Chelum of Hazrat Imam Hussain (R.A) to be observed on Thursday and Local Bodies elections to be held on Saturday.
