Crackdown against agents and blackmailing mafias continues

SUKKUR: Crackdown against the agents and blackmailing mafia is continuing to ensure fair and transparent distribution of the amount among the beneficiaries of the PM’s Ehsaas Kafalat Program. ASP City Saad Arshad said that as many as five agents, including a CID Policeman of Karachi Abdul Shakoor Khohro, Abdul Ghaffar Gopang, Muhammed Ali Mallah, Javeed Ali, Altaf Malalh and Gul Muhammed, were held. He said that from their possession, devices, cash and mobile phones have been recovered and they were found deducting Rs2,000 from the Rs12,000 being given. He said that SSP Khairpur Umar Tufail Khan in this regard had constituted a vigilant team to monitor the Ehsaas Kafalat program.
