Cricket staff, officials face worst crisis

LAHORE: It’s not the first class cricketers but the ground staff, coaches, umpires and scorers are going through worst economic crunch due to closure of departmental cricket by the PCB and sports in general in the country due to coronavirus. With the end of departmental teams from the domestic cricket from the country, many cricketers are going through economic difficulties. Meanwhile, the coronavirus outbreak has further their miseries. So far not a single league has started its registration despite the holy month of Ramdan is on the corner. The cricketers have demanded of the government to take notice of the matter and provide them relief.
