Absence of traffic police causes mess on roads

NANKANA SAHIB: People are facing problems due to absence of traffic police on roads especially during Sehr and Iftar timings here.
The traffic jam has become a routine at Beeriwala Chowk, Goal Chowk, Doctor Bazaar, Railway Road and Mandi Chowk. The fights also witnessed during the peak hours on the roads due to absence of traffic policemen. The people have demanded the authorities look into the matter.
DACOITY: A dacoity incident was reported here on Saturday.
Javed was on his way by a motorcycle when three unidentified armed bandits intercepted him near Youngsingabad village and looted his motorcycle from him and fled.
