12 die, nine injured in Mastung accident

QUETTA: At least 12 persons died and nine other sustained injuries in a collision between a passenger wagon and a truck on the National Highway near the Kadha Kocha area of Mastung district on Thursday. According to Levies sources, a passenger wagon was on its way when a truck hit it due to overspeeding. As a result, 12 commuters died on the spot while nine others received wounds. The bodies and the injured were being shifted to a nearby hospital.The identity of the bodies and the injured could not be ascertained. The Levies force has registered a case.
