Boy crushed to death by car

OKARA: A seven-year-old boy was killed in a road accident at Fatehpur on Sunday. Ghazanfar Ali was playing along a road when a speeding car crushed him to death. Gogera police have registered a case and started investigation.
BIKE THIEF HELD: Police have arrested a motorcycle thief here. Police, on a tip-off, raided an area to arrest thief Iqbal alias Bali but he escaped. To it, police started chasing him. Iqbal while escaping entered the dera of district council former member Saeed Khan. Police also reached the dera and Saeed Khan allegedly helped the thief in escaping from there. However, police continued chasing the thief and succeeded to arrest him. The thief used to stole motorcycles in the areas of Mandi Ahmadabad, Basirpur and Hujra Shah Moqeem.
