LAHORE: South Korean Ambassador Mr Kwak Sung-Kyu called on Pakistan Muslim League (PML) President and former Prime Minister Ch Shujaat Hussain at his residence on Tuesday.
On the occasion, both sides agreed to promote bilateral relations. Shujaat Hussain emphasized boosting contacts between the peoples of Pakistan and South Korea to the maximum extent. They also exchanged views on a recent tragedy in New Zealand. He told the envoy that thank God the murderer was not a Muslim otherwise India would have exploited it for getting international attention and defamed Pakistan. Shujaat said that India could target madaris in the name of terrorism but Pakistan was also ready to counter anything.
