DPO reviews measures to control traffic
MARDAN: District Police Officer (DPO) Mohammad Sajjad Khan visited different bazaars here on Monday to review and examine the traffic arrangements.
DSP Headquarters Shakeel Ahmed, Traffic In-charge Amjad Khan, Mardan Chamber of Commerce President Zahir Shah, Markaz-e-Tanzeem-e-Tajiran President Ihsanullah Bacha, Mardan Press Club President Lutfullah Lutaf, Station House Officer (SHO) Hoti Police Station Muqadam Khan, SHO City Mohsin Fawad Khan and other officials accompanied the DPO. The DPO visited different bazaars in the Mardan city. The traffic in-charge briefed the DPO about the traffic arrangements. The DPO directed the traffic officials to remove unnecessary U-turns on the Shamshi Road and other roads. He directed the traffic in-charge to make Gajju Khan, Bahadur Khan, Eidgah, Bagut Ganj and Akbar roads one-way. The DPO directed the traffic in-charge to make a list of the shopping plazas that did not have parking lots.
