2 brothers shot dead over enmity in Jhang
JHANG: Two brothers were shot dead over enmity at Lack Badhar village on Monday.
Faisal Hayat and Abdul Razzaq were on their way home from Town Bagh on their motorcycle when accused persons shot them dead. Satellite Town police rushed to the spot and shifted the dead bodies to the DHQ Hospital for autopsy. The motive behind the incident is said to be an old enmity.
OATH-TAKING CEREMONY: On the directions of the Election Commission of Pakistan, District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Azam, who is also the District Returning Officer, took oath from the additional sessions and civil judges who will perform duties of the returning officers during the upcoming general elections. Deputy Commissioner Mudassar Riaz Malik and District Police Officer Liaqat Ali Malik also attended the oath-taking ceremony held at the D&S Judge Office.
