Pesco vows to provide uninterrupted power supply during Sehr, Iftar

PESHAWAR: The Peshawar Electric Supply Company (Pesco) here Friday assured to provide uninterrupted power supply to consumers during Iftar and Sehr in the province.
The spokesman for the Pesco in a press statement here said that every possible efforts would be made that no loadshedding may be carried out during Sehr and Iftar in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
He said the Ministry of Energy Power Division have also decided reduction in loadshedding during Ramadan.
The spokesman urged consumers to use electricity carefully during Sehr, Iftar and Taraweeh prayers to avoid loadshedding. Electricity by using direct hocks should be avoided as it overload the transmission system and caused tripping.
